Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), StepUp Operations Platform ("StepUp", "we", "our") provides users the ability to delete their personal data and any data fetched from Meta APIs (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram).

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the StepUp ecosystem, you can request data deletion by following these steps:

1. Send an Email Request

   Send an email to our data privacy team at privacy@stepuphub.clouddataDeletion.s1.step1AfterEmail

2. Provide Authorization Details

   In the subject line, write: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Name]". In the body of the email, please include:

   • Your registered email address
   • Your StepUp username
   • Links or IDs to the connected Facebook Pages or WhatsApp Business Accounts.

3. Verification

   Our team will verify your identity. Once validated, your data mapping (including all conversational data, API keys, customer tables, and cached profiles) will be permanently purged from our backend PostgreSQL databases and ChromaDB instances.

Removing Meta API Access

To completely sever the connection between your Meta accounts and the StepUp application, you should also remove the app from your Facebook Business Settings:

• Go to your Facebook Account Settings - Business Integrations.
• Locate the StepUp Chatbot application in the active list.
• Click Remove.
• Optionally check the box to delete all posts, videos, or events the app posted on your behalf, and confirm.

Retention Protocol

We process deletion requests within 7 business days. Any data that must be retained for legal compliance or fraud prevention will be anonymized so you can no longer be identified.
