StepUp Operations Platform

Welcome to the StepUp Platform ("StepUp", "we", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the StepUp Omnichannel Operations Dashboard, API integrations, and related communication services. By accessing our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Access and License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, StepUp grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform strictly for internal business and operations management (e.g., managing customer leads, managing conversational AI, accessing Facebook/WhatsApp/Instagram messages).

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform in a way that:

  • Violates any Meta Developer Policies or WhatsApp Commerce Policies.
  • Sends unsolicited spam or mass marketing messages without appropriate user opt-in consent.
  • Attempts to reverse-engineer the automated lead assignment algorithms or conversational AI logic.
  • Compromises the security, integrity, or intended operation of our backend servers.

3. Third-Party Integrations

StepUp relies on APIs from third-party services (Meta, OpenAI). You acknowledge that your ability to use these integrations is contingent on your adherence to those third-party terms of service. StepUp is not responsible for any API disruptions, throttling, or account suspensions initiated by those external services.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

THIS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that your use of the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. The AI-generated responses (if enabled) are provided for convenience and must be reviewed. StepUp holds no liability for actions taken by the automated chatbot on your behalf.
