I just signed up — why can’t I log in?
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link. If it’s missing, check spam or use “Resend verification” on the login page after attempting to sign in.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the login page. You’ll get an email with a link to set a new password (if SMTP is configured on the server).
Where do I log in for my company workspace?
If your team uses a dedicated subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.stepuphub.cloud), open that URL and sign in there. Otherwise use the main agent URL your administrator gave you.
How do I connect WhatsApp or Instagram?
After signing in, complete onboarding, then open Integration or channel settings in the admin dashboard. Your plan may limit which channels are available.
